President Obama made the smart decision to confront the dual conundrums of his Nobel Peace prize head-on at the start of his stirring address accepting the award. Cubs select Cardinals pitcher in Rule 5 draft
INDIANAPOLIS- The Cubs chose St. Louis Cardinals right-handed prospect Mike Parisi with the No. 12 pick of the Rule 5 draft on Thursday and will bring him to spring training to compete for a starting spot.
Parisi, 26, was a ninth round pick from the 2004 draft and underwent reconstructive elbow surgery in 2008. He missed most of the 2009 season, but went 0-2 with a 4.70 ERA in five starts with the Cardinals' Rookie League and Class-A teams.

What do you do when Death stalks you? The answer is quite obvious, but not quite the one you want to hear. So you run and try to hide. But for how long? Death will seek you out and take his due, which of course is your life. This rather morose philosophy is the bases of every movie in the Final Destination franchise. The premise of the fourth, which hints at being the last in the series by the absence of a numeral in the title, remains pretty much unaltered from its predecessors. A teenager begins to have premonitions that tell of him of terrible casualties waiting to happen. The teen tries to save the lives of others, and eventually even himself, but soon learns that Death can be cheated only for so long - which is not too long anyway.

Set in the future, Surrogates, differs from other futuristic flicks in that the movie suggests a world free of crime, but nevertheless it is more or less a world governed by robots. These robots, are created to behave as humans, while their respective, look-alike human counterparts, live in a state of bliss. Crime is under control, because the humans have no cause to complain - they have no use for the real world, because they have robotic surrogates to deal with that - and these surrogates being perfectionist robots, there is no scope for crime.

Shorts is a movie only for kids (and adults forced to take the kids to the theatre)! Most of the fun in the movie is predictable, and the moral of the tale is - stale. So that makes Shorts a movie just for time pass, or not even that - especially if you are 14 ed above.

The world is on the verge of destruction and subordination by Leonard Saber and his empire of easily irritable home appliances!
